During the Annapurna Circuit trek, trekkers have an opportunity to explore the wonderful views of the southern and northern Himalayas and the beautiful Nepali hills and world higest mountains, including Mt. Dhaulagiri (8167 m), Mt. Annapurna I (8091 m) Mt. Manaslu (8163 m), Mt. Annapurna II (7937 m.), Mt. Annapurna III (7555 m), Mt. Annapurna IV (7525 m), Mt. Annapurna South (7219 m), Mt. Nilgiri (7041 m), Mt. Fishtail also called Mt. Machhapuchhare (6998 m), Mt. Hiunchuli (6441 m), Mt. Lamjung Himal (6986 m), Tukuche peak (6920 m), and Tilicho peak (7134 m).
The highest point of the Annapurna Circuit trek is the Thorong La Pass at 5416 m. We will also walk through the world's deepest gorge, Kali Gandaki, with Annapurna I to the east and Dhaulagiri to the west.
The length of the Annapurna Circuit trek can vary depending on where you start and end the trek, as well as whether you take transportation on the road during part of the trek. You can also take a side trek to visit Tilicho lake. It is the world's highest lake situated at an altitude of 4919 m.
Please find below our proposal for 12 days "Annapurna Circuit Trek" (5415 m). This trek is of medium difficulty with one day crossing a high pass at 5415 m (a bit physically demanding). Reasonable fitness is required. If you do regular exercise every week, it should be no problem. Also, our itinerary is flexible and can be personalized. Day 01: Welcome to Kathmandu (1380 m), meeting at airport then taxi drop to hotel. Overnight in hotel in Kathmandu.
Day 02: In the morning, transfer to the local bus station to take a local bus from Kathmandu to Chamje (1360 m) via Besisahar, 10 to 11 hour’s drive. Option for private transportation available, please let us know if preferred. Overnight in hotel (L,D).
Day 03: Trek to Dharapani (1900 m), 4 to 5 hours walk. Overnight in hotel (B,L,D)./Paragraph
Day 04: Trek to Chame (2620 m), 5 to 6 hours walk. Overnight in hotel (B,L,D).
Day 05: Trek to Pisang (3190 m), 4 to 5 hours walk. Overnight in hotel (B,L,D).
Day 06: Trek to Manang (3500 m), 3 to 4 hours walk. Overnight in hotel (B,L,D)
Day 06: Trek to Manang (3500 m), 3 to 4 hours walk. Overnight in hotel (B,L,D)
Day 07: Acclimatization day in Manang. Explore around Manang area. Overnight in hotel (B,L,D).
Day 08: Trek to Yak Kharka (4018 m), 4 to 5 hours walk. Overnight at hotel (B,L,D).
Day 08: Trek to Yak Kharka (4018 m), 4 to 5 hours walk. Overnight at hotel (B,L,D).
Day 09: Trek to High camp (4920 m), 4 to 5 hours walk. Overnight in hotel (B,L,D).
Day 10: Trek to Muktinath via Thorong La Pass (5415 m), 7 to 8 hours walk. Overnight in hotel (B,L,D).
Day 11: Trek to Jomsom (2710 m), 5 to 6 hours walk. Overnight in hotel (B,L,D).
Day 12: After breakfast, take a 25 minutes flight from Jomsom to Pokhara and then transfer to your hotel. Enjoy free time in Pokhara. Overnight in hotel in Lakeside Pokhara (B).
